We will be open to welcome guests from the 13th July 2020.
We have reviewed our procedures so that we are able to welcome you safely and to stay safe whilst you are here.
Check-in:We will be operating a SELF CHECK-IN system and will email/text you the instructions for you to gain access via key code. If you arrive earlier than our check-in time of 2pm, there is a designated luggage area available for drop off and parking permits available to pick up. If you are arriving by bicycle there is a rear access with key code to our lock-up garage. If you have any issues throughout your stay, there will be a member of staff available offsite via telephone and our reception will be staffed onsite from 6pm and in the morning.
Breakfast: Included in your rate is a quality continental breakfast available to eat at your convenience in your room. Special dietary requirements can be catered for - please let us know in advance. Due to social distancing and hygiene we are not opening the restaurant for buffet and table service.
Our commitment to hygiene: All our rooms are deep cleaned and disinfected before the next guest is due and we are using hospital grade disinfectants ratified by the World Health Organisation. Special attention is given to high-touch items such as door handles, light switches, TV remotes and key fobs. Cushions, bed runners and leaflets have been removed from guest rooms. We are following both government, Public Health England and professional guidelines from Hospitality UK. We have provided additional training for all our staff. For guest peace of mind and staff safety if staying more than one night we will not enter your room. We will provide fresh towels, coffee etc and leave outside your door.
We have put hand sanitiser in key areas for you to use and encourage you to do so.
Payments: Payment for your stay will be automatically taken from your card 2 days prior to arrival and a receipt emailed. We are not accepting any payments by cash or issuing paper receipts. If you prefer to pay with a different card than you have booked with then please ensure this is updated at least 2 days prior to your arrival.
